Our journey began in 2009 with a single investment property, which opened the door to a growing portfolio of real estate investments across Toronto. This expansion led to the acquisition of our real estate license in 2012. As our business evolved, so did our vision. With first-hand experience in renovations and multiple constructions projects including property redevelopment, we set out to develop homes that contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve and in 2023, we became a licensed builder and vendor in Ontario.
